Returns & Cancellation – FAQs

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. However, given the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or issue a refund unless the order arrived damaged. As all of our products are printed and made on demand.
We regret any inconvenience this may cause to you but we can guarantee that you will be happy with our products and services each time you shop at Al-Hiba House!
 
We may be able to cancel your order and issue a full refund if your order has not been processed. If your artwork has been designed but not printed it will incur a £5 artwork production fee and a partial refund will be issued.
 
We take utmost care in packing orders carefully to ensure the products do not get damaged during transit. Having said that, a product can get damaged in rare cases during transit which is beyond our control.
If your order arrives damaged we would advise you to send us an email to: customerservice@al-hibahouse.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and details of the damage along with some photographs of the damage caused. We will advise the couriers of this and send out a replacement as soon as possible.
