All of our Wall Decals are packed dispatched within 48 Hours. Our decals are carefully rolled in tubes to protect them from being damaged during transit. You will receive a full instruction leaflet that will explain in plain English the process of applying the wall decals
Poster Prints:
All of our poster prints are carefully rolled and packed into a tube to avoid damage in transit unless ordered with frames.
Frames & Canvases:
Our MDF frames go through a 5 step packaging process to minimize the risk of damage during transit. We try our utmost best to ensure you receive your item in safe and sound condition.
Our canvas frames are carefully packed in heavy duty packaging boxes to help avoid scratching, puncturing or any damage that could occur during transit of your order.
Unfortunately in very rare cases due to the rough handling of parcels by couriers your item may be damaged in transit. If that has been the case we would advise you to inform us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and details of the damage along with some photographs of the damage caused. In this case please send us an email to: customerservice@al-hibahouse.co.uk
We will advise the couriers of this and send out a replacement as soon as possible.

If your order arrived damaged we would advise you to inform us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and details of the damage along with some photographs of the damage caused. We will advise the couriers of this and send out a replacement as soon as possible.
