How can I personalise my product?
Simply add required details on the space provided in the product page and our design team will personalise your order.
What if I have provided the wrong personalisation details?
The personalised details will be added to your chosen product exactly the same way provided, and we therefore advise customers to ensure correct personalisation details, spellings, capitalisation is provided before you add the item to the basket.
We advise customers to email us promptly soon after they have realised, they have provided the wrong personalisation details. If your order has not been processed, we can make the requested adjustments. On the other hand, a charge may incur depending on the status of the order.
Can I change the colour of a canvas/cushion?
- We offer a colour match service for some products where customers can request the products to be changed in a colour of their choice.
- We advise customers to make appropriate selection from the drop-down list, specify the colour and upload images of any furnishings you would like to match the colour with when prompted.
- We try our best to ensure customers achieve good colour match results of the end-product. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee 100% colour match of the colour requested and the actual product. Although in most cases we do achieve 98%-99% colour accuracy.
- Colours on the screen can vary depending on the screen and resolution settings and printed colours can also vary due to different materials.
- Once a colour match has been made, we send customers an image of the colour before proceeding with printing the order.
Will my product be the same colour as I can see it on my screen?
We have endeavoured to make the colours on screen as accurate as possible. However, we are not able to guarantee 100% colour match of the colours of the products on the screen and the actual product. Colours on the screen can vary depending on the screen and resolution settings.
