When will my order be dispatched?

The dispatch time for each product varies depending upon the production time for each item.

Please see the shipping time for each product below:

Frames & Prints: Dispatched within 48-72 hours via Parcel Force 24 Hours Tracked Service.
Canvases: Dispatched within 3-5 Working Days via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Evri depending on the size you have ordered.
Mugs, Cushions and all other items dispatched within 24-48 Hours Via Royal Mail Tracked Service

Which delivery options can I choose from?

We use the following delivery services:

Royal Mail 24 Hours/48 Hours Tracked Service depending on the product you purchase – FREE DELIVERY
Royal Mail 24 Hours Service for canvases only – £2.99
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day – £7.99

I need my order urgently what can be done?

If you require your order urgently, we advise you to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail 24 hours tracked service according to urgency. Select the date you need the order by on checkout and wait for confirmation email from the sales team, who will confirm if your order can be fulfilled within the required time frame. On the other hand, you can always email or call our sales team prior to placing the order.

Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?

Yes, you can certainly change the delivery address on checkout and send a gift directly to the end recipient. We do not enclose any invoices in the packaging.

How do I track the status of my order?

Simply login to your Al-Hiba House account to check the progress of your order. You will also receive an email notification and SMS once your order is dispatched with tracking information providing you entered your email address and contact no when placing the order.

Do you ship worldwide?

We offer shipping within the UK for all of our products. For selected products World-Wide Shipping is offered this will be stated on each product page.
